1. Service

CardAudit provides image-based card condition pre-screening. It does not issue official professional grades or authenticate cards.

2. Customer submissions

You must supply accurate card details and original photographs that reasonably represent the card's condition. We may request replacement photographs if the images are unsuitable.

3. Assessment results

Results are estimates and opinions for informational purposes. They do not guarantee professional grading outcomes or financial returns.

4. Turnaround

Any stated turnaround is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed. Retake requests, unusually large orders or service interruptions can extend delivery time.

5. Payment and refunds

Payment is due at checkout. A final refund policy should be inserted before launch. A practical policy is to permit cancellation before assessment begins and to refund an order if CardAudit cannot perform the service after reasonable retake attempts.

6. Customer content

You grant CardAudit permission to process submitted images solely for providing, administering and improving the requested service, subject to the Privacy Policy. Public use for marketing should require separate consent.

7. Prohibited use

Do not submit unlawful content, content you do not have permission to use, malicious files or images intentionally altered to misrepresent card condition.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CardAudit is not responsible for professional grading fees, resale decisions, market changes or indirect losses arising from reliance on a pre-grading estimate. Nothing here excludes non-excludable consumer rights.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version accepted at checkout should be stored with each order.
