Is this an official grade?
No. CardAudit provides an independent image-based pre-grading assessment. It is not a professional grading or authentication company.
Do I send you my card?
No. Your card stays with you. You submit high-resolution images.
Can you guarantee a PSA 10 or other grade?
No. Any grading-company result shown is an estimate or outlook only. The professional grading company makes its own independent decision.
Can every defect be seen in photos?
No. Fine scratches, dents, impressions, warping, altered cards and other issues can be difficult or impossible to identify from supplied photographs.
What happens if my photos are poor?
We can mark the order Retake Required and ask you to provide replacement images before the assessment continues.
Do you authenticate cards?
No. The service is for condition pre-screening only unless a future service is explicitly described otherwise.
How do I receive the result?
Once complete, your order can be delivered by email with a private report link.
