Independent service

CardAudit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorised by or associated with PSA, BGS, CGC, TAG, SGC or any other professional grading or authentication company. Company names and grading references may be used only to describe potential comparison outcomes.

Image-based limitations

Assessments are based on photographs supplied by the customer. Image resolution, lighting, glare, angle, perspective, focus, compression and cropping can affect what is visible. Fine scratches, dents, impressions, warping, alterations, cleaning, restoration and other characteristics may not be detectable in images.

No grade guarantee

No predicted grade or grading-company outlook guarantees the grade a professional grading company will award. Professional graders physically inspect cards and apply their own standards, processes and judgement.

No authentication or valuation guarantee

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, CardAudit does not authenticate cards and does not guarantee card identity, legitimacy, market price, resale value, future value, population data or return on investment.

Customer images

Customers must submit photographs of the actual card being assessed and must not materially alter images in a way that changes the apparent condition of the card.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian consumer law.
